how can a person get a job of personal assitant to one of these top hollywood celebrities without living in US

i’ll like to apply for a personal assistant job to any top hollywood actors/actresses even though i’m living in NIGERIA and not in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. i’m hard working, honest, and trust worthy; and i’ll like my employer to help in sponsoring me to USA, which he/she will collect after in my salary
